Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport

Extremely thin walls. Get ready to hear other talking n room next door at ANY TIME of the day and night. My case was 2 am. Also be ready for zero help if you need pillows. Their pillows are super thin and small. I requested some extra and they said the hotel is fully booked and I don’t have any extra. It was a clear lie because I saw the cars and also asked the kitchen lady she said it was slow.

Great stop. Room nice size, very clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but well thought out. What was offered was fresh & enough variety to please just about everyone.

The room was sport, the breakfast fantastic. The staff at every level was so friendly and welcoming. What a treat after a long day on the road. Thank you!!!

WE LIKED THE PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT AND THE SHUTTLE SERVICE AT 4:30 AM. KANITA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN OUR BOOKING.COM RESERVATION WAS NOT FOUND. EVENTUALLY IT CAME, AND SHE RESOLVED THE SITUATION FOR US.

THE BOOKING,COM RESERVATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN WE ARRIVED. AFTER A MESSAGE TO THEM FROM ME, THEY SENT THROUGH THE RESERVATION.

Kanita was so helpful! I escorted my mother to Savannah to an attend a funeral of my cousin that died tragically in a car accident. My mother is not in the best health and Kanita’s support and patience with a problem with booking.com helped us in a really difficult time.

Great clean valuable centrally located property. Moments from the airport, restaurants and outlet shopping.

I arrived early and the front desk stowed my luggage until check in. They also arranged for a shuttle to take me to the local outlet mall to help occupy my time til check in as well S arranging transport back. (The driver was very gracious) My room was very clean and everything I needed for a single overnight before flying out the next morning. Breakfast was all the standard continental fare. I particularly liked the self serve yogurt machine that allowed me to control my serving size. The shuttle to the airport was perfectly on time, and the driver was most helpful.

Good location, clean, and freshly renovated.

None of the ice machines on the 3 floors worked, breakfast is a bagel bar and cereal (no hot breakfast).

I was so grateful for Kanita helping me out without hesitation. I left home without some very important paperwork. I asked for help from the hotel and Kanita immediately blessed me by offering to print the documents if I would send them by email. Superb service from a wonderful person!
