Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport

Stayed 1 night. Elevator smells must, but room was clean. Door handle installed wrong way so getting into the room was awkward, but fron desk was super helpful and nice. Also, in the morning the cleaning person DIDN'T KNOCK. We were awake and getting ready for the day. They just tried to open the door a little after 9...awkward since we weren't dressed! Our check-out wasn't scheduled until 12 and it was a 1 night stay...

Plus side hotel was clean. Negatives room key would not work to open side door by parking lot. No hand soap in bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Was told coffee is available 24 hours in lobby. If I am on the 3rd floor I really do t want to have to trek down to the lobby for coffee.

Not very clean. Carpet was dirty. Beds were clean, but not much besides that. After researching, it appears when other Hilton brand hotels are declining, the company makes them a Spark brand. This would have been ok, if it had been a lot cheaper. For the same price, definitely go to one of the other brands.

Inexpensive. Spark is a new name, but it is Hilton’s “value” brand. It’s budget. This hotel is a re-branded Comfort Inn, and it’s TIRED. (There is what appears to be a brand new Comfort Inn across the street - they abandoned this one! 🤣.) The 2 luggage carts are almost unusable. The breakfast is cereal and bagels, etc. (No hot options.). No in-room coffee service. Room was very small- could barely get the luggage cart in. Ok for what it is- It costs less, and I can see why. I will not go to any Spark by Hilton motel again.

Great place to stay for early morning flights! The shuttle starts at 4:30

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Kanita made checking in so easy. Also nice quite atmosphere at the hotel in general

Location was great. Near everything.

No microwave in my room and fridge was very small. so I wasted about $40 on food I couldn’t heat up or keep cold.

The hotel seemed to be an old renovated Hampton Inn. It could use a little more updating but wasn’t bad. The breakfast was ok but definitely not even Hampton Inn quality. It was surprising for a Hilton branch hotel not to deliver better.
