Modern rooms that appear to be recently renovated. Shower pressure was good and the room was spacious. Free parking on site.

I informed the hotel of potentially arriving later in the evening and was told I would be emailed additional check-in information a few days prior, but never received it. I called to reconfirm the day of check in and was told I would be sent a text message with this information but also never received this. Luckily we arrived before 9pm as I never received the lock box code or the wifi password.

Our employee who stayed at Richland Inn and Suites said the room was bigger than the one she stayed in there before. She said it was very comfortable and such a lovely room. She appreciates it being close to the river so she can enjoy walking there.
