The room was clean and comfortable.

The photos from the website made it appear to be a very nice looking facility and in a beautiful location. The room was nice, but the outside looked old and worn down. Check-in was a bit time consuming- and there was a $200 deposit I was unaware of. Then- when I checked out-the attendant made me wait while she checked the room, and even took pictures of a tiny dirty spot on the sheets. She showed me the picture and expected an explanation. I do not know if this is going to affect my deposit refund. This was not guest friendly.

"App glitch and hotel took advantage of me"

Well the app glitched and when I was looking for a hotel in the Napa valley area it gave me a hotel in Antone state. When I discovered it was a glitch i immediately contacted the hotel. They stone walled me which policy BS and won’t work with me.

They are ass hole crooks
