Richland Inn and Suites

They tried to keep my $200 deposit because of a small makeup stain on a wash cloth! I had to jump through many hoops to get it back. I'll never stay here again and I advise others not to either!

Everything was great, I will not stay anywhere else if I have to come back.

We didn't stay for breakfast.

We would have liked to have regular coffee instead of/or along with the decaffeinated coffee. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Great location, clean updated room, polite staff.

The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The room itself was well maintained and clean, except for the ants that were swarming on the floor near the door/first bed.

The outside of the building was not well maintained and the neighborhood was full of people that made me a little nervous (several people I saw with mental health illness, or smoking right outside the building). I was also told upon my arrival that they had run out of keys, and I couldn't get a key until later that evening. They would not accommodate a late checkout, and there was no one on site between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.

My experience exceeded my expectations. My room was simple, but recently remodeled and very clean. Richland Inn&Suites will be my first choice for lodging in Richland from now on!

It would have been nice if the swimming pool were operating, but at this price point, it might be a little too much to ask for. If I had to choose between a pool and the low room rate, I would pick the low room rate.
