Richland Inn and Suites

My experience exceeded my expectations. My room was simple, but recently remodeled and very clean. Richland Inn&Suites will be my first choice for lodging in Richland from now on!

It would have been nice if the swimming pool were operating, but at this price point, it might be a little too much to ask for. If I had to choose between a pool and the low room rate, I would pick the low room rate.

Very clean, new everything. Friendly staff

Door latch was sketchy and it kept beeping at me because it hadn't latched. I had to bang it a couple times to get it to close.

Centrally located, close to the hospital, local restaurants

The computer accidentally checked us out after 1 day resulting in non-working key cards, but the staff was very kind in re-instating us.

Updated room. Tub in bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Facial tissue in room. Extra toilet paper in room. Clean towels after 3 days. Add these please. We are people, not thieves!

I thought I was booking a hotel room, but it was actually a motel. I little run down from the outside but the rooms have been upgraded and are very clean. Not a lot of extra amenities, but enough for me. Coffee and refrigerator in the room. Ice and vending machine on property.

Unfortunately I had very disrespectful neighbors the second night and did not get any sleep. This is not the fault of management but the walls are not so well insulated to prevent noise and loud conversations from leaking thru.
