"Adequate for one night."

Location was close to where I was visiting. Wifi was fine.

No hot water when I tried to take a shower. Hotel should not advertise free breakfast. Coffee was sludge. There was cereal but no milk, pancakes but no plates to put them on. Only other option was yogurt.

The hotel is very clean and usually quiet the few times I have stayed there. The rooms are a decent size and have the basic amenities.

I changed the dates or my reservations, which, according to Booking.com, should've lowered my room rate for one night. Upon checkout, I was charged the original price before I changed dates. I pointed this out and was basically told I was still wrong even though it was on a message from Booking.com that he could read. Also, we were put next to the vending machines and elevators. Breakfast was included, but there were only waffles, cereal, and coffee. Hardly breakfast. I'm very disappointed.
