"For the most part, it was fine. Breakfast was hardly anything and some possible hidden fees"

Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The lobby and other areas were clean as well!

"Breakfast", if you want to call it that was hardly a breakfast! Waffles, cold cereal, 2 of 3 juices from the machine and a few apples. The next day, NO fruit!!! I was told there was an upcharge for a handicap room {maybe I missed that when booking} and they asked for a $50 deposit, when we had already booked with a credit card!!!

"WORST EXPERIENCE"

Couldn't check in until about 4 o'clock, staff was rude, didn't have towels for pool until asked. Staff had a attitude and rude worst experience with my kids will not be coming back plus had to pay extra last minute with arriving on time but check in was the time it said it was. Couldn't get no extra nothing WORST EXPERIENCE!
