I'll be recommended for my friends to come here but to ask for better air-conditioning in the room its a hot area so there's something that they can be better thanks

"Great, but not "all inclusive"."

Great location. Free parking. Dead Sea is amazing. Food is good. But beware - due to Passower holidays beverages are restricted or not available at all, which was not mentioned during booking. Not so much "all inclusive"!

THE HOTEL WAS HAVING A FACELIFT FOR THE SEASON TO COME. WE RECEIVED A ROOM UPGRADED ON TOP OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. SO THE TWO NIGHT OF REST WAS ABSOLUTLY DESTROYED

"The good, the bad and the rest"

This is an all inclusive hotel. The food is the best part, but the pools are also more than what I expected. Location wise it could not be better. Literally 2 minutes from the shore. Rooms are not well maintained, they-the rooms- are screaming for an update. Service is ok, but checkin is abysmally slow.

Cockroaches in the room Check in time and lunch. Lunch finish at 3:00, check in starting from 3 if you staying one night you missing both lunches. Limited access to the beach.

"A place for families "

Room condition was not as advertised. Hotel in general is in fairly poor condition and in need of a facelift. Not the place to go if you’re looking to relax as there are tons of families with kids. On a positive note, the hotel’s buffet for breakfast & dinner was amazing.
