Super 8 by Wyndham Rawlins Wyoming

Owners were very friendly..beds were comfortable..but i thiught fot a super 8 the price was very expensive and the whole hotel needed to be updated..i took a very fast shower the tub was old and it felt like you would fall thru to the room below..didnt have the free breakfast

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here 2 weeks in a row for work, the first week was okay but the room wasn’t the cleanest. The second week I stayed, there were BED BUGS crawling all over the bed, other bugs in the bathroom, and the window sill was full of dead bugs, there was other peoples hair all over the pillows, yellow stains in the pillows and on the bed, the sheets obviously have not been washed since at least the last guest, there was a dog toy and an AirPod under the bed and all kinds of things on the floor, I noticed the toilet had feces on the bottom of the seat the first time I used it. The sink has some kind of build up in it and there was dust everywhere. I have stayed in some trashy places on work trips but this one is by far the WORST place I have ever stayed in. I won’t be coming back and you should stay away from here. The service was good though, the front desk guy was respectful and had a good attitude towards me.

everything all good until i screwed up on my reservation and then they felt i needed to pay $168.00 for one night

Ridiculously high rate($170) for a $60 room. Visually clean, but dirt and grime in all crevices. Towels and washcloths worn thin and had holes in them. I’ve stayed here in the past and the rates were acceptable for a Super 8. They’re a low end hotel chain trying to gouge travelers trying to make it across Wyoming.

The folks who work here are excellent and professional. The property itself is a bit dirty and the area is very noisy.

The property has BED BUGS, when I brought it to the owner's attention he told me that I was incorrect and I was actually allergic to pets (which I have) and told me to "have yourself check" so it's obviously a problem that will never go away that he has known about for a while. So incredibly rude dishonest staff but the bed bugs are friendly.
