Convenience to interstate

We accidentally tried our card on another room door and it opened, unfortunately their was a gentleman lying on the bed with a firearm, could have been disastrous!

The shower rod was a little scary. I wasn’t sure if it would hold up. There is no bar on the bathtub where there should have been.

The WiFi didn't work and a light switch didn't work. The staff was pleasant enough but the problems were not corrected (but it was Sunday).

The rooms were dirt so we didn’t stay. Reception gave us a refund

Toilet between lid and tank filthy, floor behind bathroom door filthy, dirty handprint in shower, shower curtain was dirty, tub plug was on tank with hair wrapped around it. Floor was filthy and cracked. The whole facility was the same. Very dirty. Their breakfast was a joke. Worst we've ever stayed in.

The staff was very nice & helpful.

The frig in my room didn’t work & there wasn’t a good, clean place to walk my little dog.
