Chan-Kah Resort Village

The property in general looks pretty old. There were all kinds of bugs inside our room. The mattresses were pretty hard. No refrigerator, iron, or microwave in the rooms. The internet signal in my room (Room#9) was horrible.

Place very nice and clean. Staff attention great.

Pésimo servicio en el wi-fi. Personal nada amable. No es lo q ofrecen en la publicación, ejemplo lavandería dice q está incluida y no es así. Los precios súper elevados si solicitas lavar.

It was a beautiful resort. So much green everywhere. At 6 am you could hear the howlowe monkies close by, which i didn't mind at all. Ricardo was very helpful when we arrived. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend. Side note: The restaurant is overpriced there imo. I would recommend getting the Colectivo and going into the city.

Beautiful place!!

Beautiful jungle surrounds to our cabin and a nice large swimming pool. Even saw (and heard the eerie call) of a family of howler monkeys in the trees above our cabin. Possible to walk all the way to the Palenque archeological site ruins if you don’t mind tropical heat and insects, otherwise walk to the ticket booth and take a van.

This is an amazing place. The food is good and the setting is unique

Very close to the archeological site. It took only a few minutes to drive there.

I really enjoy the surroundings in the Resort. It was awesome! The staff, amenities and service was great. The only thing we did not like it's that we found Cockroaches.
