Tholos Resort

best sea view and breakfast I have, ever. private pool, shared swimming and white houses on the cliff present as beautifully as postcard. no word can describe how this feeling but it absolutely worth the price.

We really enjoyed our one week stay on the magnificent island of Santorini. Photos do no capture the grandeur of this volcanic island . We stayed in room #101 at Tholos Resort and we feel it was the best one for us, it was private as no one walked through our balcony to reach their suite, we had sun on our balcony from 9 am in the morning to sunset and it was lovely being served breakfast on it every morning with a friendly greeting.

The Tholos staff are incredibly friendly and warm, with very personal service and always ready to help in anything. Got an upgrade to their brand new sister property at DomResort-- which has a great pool and luxurious private rooms like a villa. I enjoyed the Tholos caldera view and sunset over drinks at Tholos which was wonderful instead of the crowded Oia or Fira locations; and stayed and swam in DomResort : Best combination! Tholos is great value for the price, and best service!

Stayed for four nights in May. Great time to go since the weather was nice and the area is not as crowded. Imerovigli and the hotel is in the middle of the other main towns of Fira and Oia. This allowed us to walk to the busy downtown area of Fira where we could do shopping, eat at small casual places, and find good cheap street food. We also would take a local bus (1.60 euros per person, comes every 20 min) to Oia which is a nicer area in general and has a nicer downtown area with better and more expensive restaurants and stores.

30 mins walk to Fira, located in a relatively quiet place. Room is bigger than i expected. Breakfast is good and delivered to your room directly, but remember to reserve the time ahead.

Excellent location. Great staff. Awesome view of the Caldera and the sea! They also have daily breakfast, delivered in your room so you can have "breakfast with a view". The room comfort was rated 4/5, obviously 5/5 is something like Ritz Carlton. Tholos is very good value for your money, excellent service. The only downside was that the reception area closes from 12 am to 8 am to if you have a 9:15 flight, you must give the staff a heads up to assist you with your early check out. All the staff were great, the guys who helped bring the luggages up/down 50+ steps! and the reception ladies are all very helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel if prices remain descent :-) Thanks for a memorable vacation, Tholos!!

Great stay. Fantastic service!!

Had a nice stay here in October towards the end of the season. The location in this part of Santorini is very nice and less crowded compared to Oia and Fira. The hotel has unique views of Skaros which enhances the views of the caldera and makes for good morning hikes. We booked the basic standard room which was a bit used, but still offered good value compared to the other rooms and hotels around. Breakfast was average and served on your private balcony in the morning which was nice. Service was ok, and could help with hotel transfers and motorbike rentals very easily. Summary, great value for the locations and views, but room quality is average compared to other surrounding hotels. Depends on your budget range.

If you ever go to Santorini....let Michaela help you with everything. She is a great worker at Tholos Hotel in Santorini and will make dream come true. The hotel has a great view to the volcano and the facilities are great...close to Fira this hotel will be the best option to go for your special moments.

We had the most wonderful time and loved the hotel. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Perfect location since it was overviewing the whole island and it was super peaceful and quiet. The staff was more than excellent and helpful. Breakfast on the porch was great. You will have to walk lots of steps up and down, nothing for lazy people :)
