Business trip—-Man at front desk was very unfriendly and difficult to understand. No bedding in room for sleeper sofa/ told at front desk there were no pillows???? Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

"Panama City Vacation "

We were here on vacation and had a wonderful time in Panama City, our stay was great. Missie the front desk manager were so helpful she recommended good places to eat, visit. She was so nice thanks

The room was large, which was nice, but the overall experience was not great. The bathroom was in need of repair/updating/finishing. The pullout was flimsy and we had to go down to ask for bedding (which no additional pillows were provided). The carpet had old gum/candy/food ground into it. By morning, there was a stale smoke smell. We will not be returning because of this. As for the front desk staff, the gentleman we spoke with was pleasant and nice. The lobby was clean and breakfast was nice.

Ok, slept well. Internet was not working late last night. Person at the desk called someone issue did not get resolved before I went to bed. Was working this morning. But I couldn’t get anything done online when I needed to. Area quiet peaceful.
