This was overall a good hotel. We felt safe and the room/ bed were comfortable. It’s an older hotel and some areas of our room could have been better ( some mold in the tile around the tub, water pressure in the shower was low, noticeable stains in the carpet). Check in was super easy and the attendant was very friendly and professional. Pool was clean and a hit for the kids. We would stay here again.

Water condensating issue with air conditioner and the fridge leaving a puddle at the foot of my bed The Carpet stain led me to the fridge so I put two and two together - not a terrible deal but it had mold in the air

"Comfort Inn Panama City"

Our first room had a terrible smell. At bedtime I took off my shoes and found the carpet soaked. It was too late to move but the next morning the manager moved us immediately to a better room. Great customer service!

"Nice Panama City stay"

This hotel met the needs of our one-night stay. It was quiet and had all amenities you expect. Location was 5 minutes from restaurants and shops on the bay. The breakfast offered was nice in the morning before we checked out. The bathroom could use some TLC (cracked sink, rust around the bathtub).

The room was moldy. I was so congested sleeping there. It needs updates immediately. Stains on the counter. The rooms and hallways have dehumidifiers. That means they’re aware of the mold and don’t want to spend to fix. I was charged $150 per night for a what should have been $70/ night. If it was updated and clean I wouldn’t have minded the price. I wouldn’t let my feet touch the floors. Wore sandals. Comfort inns used to be the best. Not anymore
