Quiet , relatively clean, room service wasn’t on top of it real well! Ask for clean bath towels and it took till the next day to get them, Hair dryer was burnt up and did not work, took them till next day to mount a new one!

"Worst Condition of Room I Have Ever Seen!"

The staff was friendly at first and helped us get into a room an hour before check in . This turned into an hour process so we checked in at 3pm and by 3:15 I was in tears. Let’s call them “love stains” everywhere… gross! Grease handprints on headboard. Stained mattresses and hair all in the “clean sheets” or “fresh made bed”. My daughter bent down to put a drink in the fridge when I realized that 3/5 of us had taken off our shoes (mistake) upon entering and our feet were black!!!!! This explains the moldy mildew smell and the sight of a manual dehumidifier (ones they use for quick cleanup not a regular one). I expressed my disgust and the once kind man said no other rooms he was booked and his manager was gone until Tuesday. He said I had to take it up with Expedia/hotels.com which I did and is currently in dispute to get my 170+ dollars refunded since we didn’t even stay. We instead drove 7 hours home, ending our vacation a day early. Shame, sick, disgusting, ants, bugs, and more see the pictures below….

Absolutely perfect for my 3 day business trip. Staff was really nice, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I definitely got my money's worth. I never got a chance to try the breakfast because I was already out the door, but it always looked nice when I passed by the dining area.

Not sure if all rooms are as big as room 109 but its the size of a studio apt . Very clean breakfast room with lots of options. Its nice when a hotel is what you should expect and at a fare price .
