Ramada by Wyndham Colombo

I had a great experience at Ramada Colombo. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Sachini at the front office — she was exceptionally kind and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Ramada Colombo with a group of 48 guests. While the experience was overall positive, there were a few mixed aspects worth mentioning. The hotel itself is quite old, and it shows in the rooms and washrooms, which appeared worn and in need of some maintenance. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in didn’t meet the typical Ramada standards. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The variety was impressive, & the Indian cuisine, in particular, was well-prepared, flavorful, and served hot. Special mention goes to Ms. Kamini from the F&B team, who went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of.

I visited the restaurant at the Ramada Hotel Colombo, and the staff were extremely helpful. Specialy Dinisuru and Randima at the front desk made my first impression truly delightful. They were exceptionally hospitable....

F and B Assistan Manager Jani's Bad service. I came to Ramada hotel on last weak with my Girl friend and I order 2 club sandwich,2 ceser salad ,2 lentil soups and 2 cappucinos and that time one of waiter comes to take the order the jani talk him roudly and told him You don't take the order i will take this order what i will say you will do it only like that jani talk him roudly infront of them and jani took this order and i told him please send me first soup after the soup then sent me salad and i Request him i need course By course then he will sent me all the foods together in waiters hand then I ask the waiter i inform that guy to order way why are you sent me like that.then he told me srry sir he is our Assistan Manager he dint told me then i call him and ask then he will argive with me and told me bad words also He is act like a crazy man Not a Manager I think training waiters are good more than him.I am dissaponted about Ramada hotel I will never come to Ramada hotel and I need to tell small thing and that Assistan Manager crazy fellow when i ate time he looked bad in my Girl friend face Thank you

I recently had my wedding at Ramada Colombo, and I’m very happy to say that everything was extremely neat and well organized. The service, food, and overall arrangements were excellent. I want to give special appreciation to Apsara from the Banquet Office, who coordinated everything perfectly. She made sure every detail was taken care of and supported us throughout the event. Thank you, Ramada Colombo, for making our special day truly memorable!

Good experience and the food and all the staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and all in order and miss. Madavi was exceptionaly helpful and great to deal with highly recommended
