Had a wonderful breakfast with my family at Gardenia Coffee Shop. The food was great, the ambiance was pleasant, and the place was clean and well maintained. A special mention to the staff — Jani, Vihanga, and Yomal — who were very helpful and approachable, always making sure guests were well taken care of. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth visiting again.

We stayed for two nights . The location is fantastic and is right on the start of the Galle face avenue . The room was big , clean and spacious. The staff was polite , courteous and helped us settle comfortably.

I visited the Ramada hotel today and had lunch at the Alhambra restaurant, and I must say the experience was outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient. They are truly attentive, noticing every little thing even your face expression and attending to needs immediately. It made for a truly nice and seamless dining experience. The food was amazing, and the positivity in the room was contagious! I would like to specially mention Vihanga, a clever, attentive, and kind lady in a vibrant saree, who was a pleasure and active ... Any restaurant needs staffs like her. Also, Rifki served us amazing food and maintained such a positive attitude and friendly also care about the clients Thanks to the Ramada team for their excellent service, including the front office staffs who always greet with a nice smile and respectful My good wishes to the business you clearly have a team that cares!

This time we went to another hotel in Colombo for our dinner. It was the Ramada Hotel. The experience there was a nice fresh experience for us. Because it was Christmas, it was decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations. If we talk about our dinner experience, it was full of substantial food. It was Indian International with a variety of soups, buns, sushi rolls, and desserts. The food was delicious and presented in an interesting way. We also highly appreciate the friendly and efficient staff here. We enjoyed this at the Alhambra restaurant and we especially appreciate the friendly and efficient service of the restaurant captain Kasun who works here. We also appreciate the service of Rifki, Chef Suresh, and the front officer clement.
