Moorings Hotel

Had an excellent stay here, each room I had - either as a solo traveller or shared with other people on my tour - was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A couple of rooms are in need of some minor maintenance - a broken switch or tv - but nothing that caused major inconvenience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the view is spectacular. I'd definitely recommend!

The Staff - Sedrick Kapen / James / Matilda all exceptional are looking after us. Only improvement would be the housekeeping need some improvements in service but all in all we love it and can’t wait to come back to Moorings

Easy location for the airport. Staff and restaurant were excellent. Rooms felt unclean (no mattress protector and bugs on our bed). Rooms also smelt of tobacco when using air conditioning. Quite a few people around at night with the beach bar next door and we had people try to get into our room during the night as well. So didn’t feel overly safe. Okay for a cheap night when having a flight stopover wouldn’t recommend a long stay.

Great staff

We found the staff so friendly and accommodating. Our first impression of the site was unimpressive. We found the gravel area from the road and up to the reception counter uneven and there were many weeds growing around the area. The reception counter was very basic and in the open. It was not easy to use in the heat or in the rain. There were many places with steps up and down around the site that were not well lit at night. We checked in at 1AM and we were sent to our room without any instructions of how to get there and we couldn't find any numbers. A printed map would have been useful. The pool was beautifully clean. There was only one bedside table in our room. The shower had great water pressure and hot water.

Very nice over the water restaurant seating. Overall property maintenence could improve. Menu could do with an update.

It was clean. The staff were caring and engaging going the extra mile to help. Nice location and outlook.

The service and staff attitude was terrible. They try and rip you off at every turn
