History Old world charm Location Quiet

Took a long time to get hot water( wasted water) and the shower head sprayed water everywhere but where it was needed.

"Gorgeous Historic Hotel with Modern Comfort"

This is an amazing and gorgeous hotel. This historic property has been updated with modern comfort. Each room is distinct and beautiful. The location could not be better for exploring central historic Puebla by foot. The staff were gracious, helpful and absolutely lovely. If you are visiting Puebla, this is the place to stay.

"I'd go back to Puebla and stay there in a heartbeat!"

We had a magical stay there. Our suite (two rooms, each with full bath, attached with a separate entrance) was beautiful; the original colonial woodwork, 15 foot ceilings, modernized so nicely. The linens and beds were superb. We also appreciated the fruit basket!

Very slippery shower floor. It's not a quiet location (little is around there) but it is superb for walking.
