The customer service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Great location, helpful staff, good free internet and breakfast. The Grand Suite was not on the street so it was very quiet. No elevator so be prepared to climb.

Loved the old colonial home and it’s history. Very nice breakfast and upstairs sitting lounge. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here on our next visit. Location was excellent and internet was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and they gave excellent advise on where to shop!

All the rooms are upstairs and since the altitude is higher than we are use to climbing the stairs many times in a day was okay for me, however for older adults it could be challenging.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Very well-located within the centro historico to be able to easily walk to many sites we wanted to see and visit.
