Nice location, quiet area, beautiful old New England decor. Comfortable and very clean. I like that no animals are accepted, keeping place quiet.

No milk and cereal for breakfast.

"Cutest boutique hotel!"

Such a cute hotel!! Beds were very comfy and the room was extremely clean. Convenient location to all the sites in Newport.

Walls were a bit thin so we could hear people in the hallway at night. Continental breakfast was a bit lackluster.

The room was clean and comfortable. The building is old but updated. Unfortunately, whoever installed the door to our room messed up. Big gap between the door and door frame. We didn't have much privacy.

The political talk from the all-knowing night manager. We're sick of hearing about how terrible our government is. Just move to Canada already.

Location was great. Great value for money. Parking was easy.Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was convenient. Coffee was good. Staff were helpful & polite.

There was nothing I didn't like. All was good
