This was our fourth stay. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean. Plenty of free parking. Nice size living/dining room to hand out. Would stay there again.

The property was quiet, warm and welcoming. Our room and bathroom was spacious. Employees were nice and thoughtful. Breakfast is a spread of grab and go, microwaveable jimmy dean sandwiches, muffins, granola bars, juice , tea, coffee etc. We enjoyed the convenience. Bed and furniture were comfortable and we appreciated the microwave and fridge in our room. Great value for being less than 10 min from downtown.

The only reason I gave it a 9/10 is because one of our towels were stained after they replaced them on our second day. The rest of the room was pretty clean for the most part.

We enjoyed our stay at The Carriage House Inn Newport. The room was really clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and there a multiple breakfast options.

I was missing a vegetarian option for the breakfast muffins.

Character property. Nice lounge area.

Disliked breakfast options. A toaster and bread would have been better than breakfast buns to be heated up in microwave. Window in bedroom leaked after heavy rain, staff did offer to be move us to a different room, we declined as we had unpacked and no more rain forecast.

Lovely big from an upgrade, very helpful staff member on afternoon shift, easy access to second floor room, excellent breakfast in pleasant parlour, excellent housekeeping changing towels and making bed, good to have ready access to tea and coffee at all times, good location with easy parking., attractive old house renovation.

Could have had some other cereals, as slow to get the packet porridge going

History, room size.

Bathroom was tiny. Staff was either overly talkative or did not speak. Made walking by the front desk a little uncomfortable. Also, there was no deck furniture out. My understanding was there was a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee.
