The coziness and location

It seemed that we weren’t actually staying in the Inn we booked, but the one next door

Cant beat the location. Clean. Good water pressure

We stayed in the blue house. We booked with the assumption breakfast was included because it literally said "Breakfast included in room rate". No breakfast was served, not even muffins. No coffee anywhere! An Inn with no coffee to relax in bed with? The air in the heat lines kept us up all night, clicking and clacking every 20 minutes. Beds were comfortable, but we couldnt stay asleep with the noise.

The building is a beautiful historical building, which appears to be well maintained.

Off season price was great - prime location, beautiful accommodations.

Difficult to check in and check out. Several buildings make up the in. But only one checkin/checkout location that wasn’t manned at the 10am checkout and directions to the desk weren’t clear. We weren’t the only guests who were confused.

Staff Location

DUMP! I booked a queen bed and was giving double bed. The mattress was so old it was covered with pills or small fuzz balls that could be felt through the sheets! Not only could you not open the windows in the small room the glass was actually broken! I was unable to open the door to the room to get out as the building is so warped causing the door to get stuck! FIRE HAZARD!! I had to fix the chain in tank of the toilet in the tiny bathroom as it broke. The photos of the rooms are deceiving to make them appear larger and nicer. And don’t even ask me about getting help with help from booking process

I didn't have breakfast. Breakfast wasn't ready for us to eat

Hotel was clean and comfortable for a few nights. The rooms had fridges and microwaves which was nice. We were in the first building on the top floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent; ran out of hot food during busy times between 8-9 so had to wait a while but they still had other food options. The pool was clean and very quiet. I was usually the only person at the pool even on a Saturday in July! Close walk to pier and beach but away enough to be quiet. For the price, this place is definitely worth it. It is an older building and the rooms reflect that but overall our stay was great.

The doors were a bit confusing; the doors on the front of the building were locked from the inside so we had to walk around back to get in but the back door was closed off as they were repainting the stairs. We figured it out but different doors were open/locked each time we came and went. The bed was very small for two people and not the most comfortable. Only 2 pillows were in the room but we requested more and the staff actually brought two more up to our room.

Breakfast was good

The television was nearly impossible to access properly. most channels were not able to work.

The breakfast was outstanding and a highlight of the Inn

There’s some sort of a smell I don’t know what it is when you walk into the Inn but it did not affect my asthma so that was good.
