Location was walkable to all attractions of Old Orchard Beach. Loved the free breakfast. Hot options as well as cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit and many drink options. Pool was small but clean with much shade.

Beds need an upgrade. Not comfortable and frames need some repair

My mom and I stayed there overnight on a Friday and we absolutely loved our time there . The beautiful amazing old fashion life you feel there . Everyone who worked there couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating . I even was taken care of by them and helping out so that my elderly mom would be happy and comfortable. They went over and beyond . Their continental breakfast was perfect , hot and many things to choose from . My mom and I sat in the room across from the breakfast in the most beautiful room . We felt like queens . You walk out the door and there is Old Orchard Beach and The Pier . All you have to do is park everything is right there . I have told everyone about this Elegant place . You need to experience it for yourself . You will amazed . My cousins are going Aug 15 . The pictures on the site are nothing . Go and be treated so wonderfully . Also , the prices are incredible
