The breakfast had a minimal selection and ran out of food one morning 20 minuets into serving. Same menu each day.

We did not get the room we booked. We were moved to the Atlantic Birches Inn which is an adjacent Inn managed by the Old Orchard Beach Inn. When I questioned the change in booking I was told to take it up with Booking.com and that I got a king room which was my request. I asked for a refund and was denied because we were outside of the time restraints. I decided to make the best of the situation since we had no other booking available. On the third day of our stay after returning of a day of sight seeing we found that our room was not made up, cleaned or towels replaced. I went to the front desk and asked this be taken care of. I was told the help left for the and " not my fault complain to management in the morning". We checked out the next morning with no remorse from the management other than an insincere sorry.
