Had no air. Heat on in building and we had to open a window. Old, old facility with no maintenance. Not easy to check in or check out early. Ver noisy road with train nearby

There were multiple properties at this site. It was confusing bc we didn't actually stay in the Old Orchard Beach Inn. Some beds were comfy, but 1 was not with my daughter feeling springs in her back. I stayed at a B&B so my grown kids would get to experience one hoping for a much more personal experience ...a warm greeting, more personal and good breakfast. They did not. The breakfast was cold (even tho an attempt was made through warmers) and left out to serve yourself. Items weren't refilled even tho 8 or 9 of us came down to the dining area. It was the last 30 minutes of serving. Walk to the beach was closer to a 10 minute stroll.
