The ac unit in the room was making a horrible noise when it was turned on

desk staff was friendly, gave us a nonsmoking room and told us Booking.com get the bottom of the barrel rooms so don't use them...I would never book a smoking room so that is pretty disturbing. I'm going to pay closer attention when using Booking.com

noisy, pillows were like trying to sleep on a rock.

Sam thank you for the easy check in right off the freeway great place nice and quiet easy parking good area there are good restaurants around the area gas stations are really close no issues of stuff getting stolen out of my truck I asked for a window to see my vehicle in a certain room and I got it thank you again Sam I really great guy

Staff was friendly and helpful. Snacks available in the lobby. Good movies on cable. Mostly quiet.

Sorry to say, pillow cases were dirty so slept on top of the covers for this reason. It looked like someone had dropped cig ashes on one of them. Whatever it was wiped off. Could not get comfortable after that. Was very tired and not there long enough to make an issue out of it so I just rolled up my jacket for a pillow. Maybe it was just a one off from that room on that day?

Nice room for the price.

Very nice and quiet. But no running hot water in the shower and sink.

Room was clean, ok to stay. Was no wow factor. Building had a smell of maybe smoke or musty. It didn’t carry over to room though.
