The room was clean and quiet but the water pressure was lacking. The number of people hanging out in the parking lot was a little unsettling but there were no issues. i did get a good night sleep with nice cold AC.

I booked the last room available, seemingly in all of Temple, bc I am traveling for work and had to finally stop and rest. The man at the front desk tried to charge me well OVER MY RATE that I booked the room for and then when I began to question why he all of the sudden shut the window and said he would not give me the room. And I am a working single mom, so I also had my child in the car with me! We had to go all the way to Killeen to get a room, bc we just kept driving down the highway and EVERY HOTEL WAS FULL. So I don't know why this man turned us away at 1:00am in the middle of the night, after one - I called to confirm the booking, and two - he had the nerve to try to charge me $135 for the room! When I booked a price specifically through your website. I was and am furious and baffled.

The day time receptionist was very rude and inappropriate. Multiple times he accused me of having inappropriate guest in my rooms when it was only me and my daughter which were 6 and 12. Not to mention the pool they have a picture of on the brochure and website is completely wrong. It was drained and full of dirt and trash. Overall if you get what you pay for here.

Advertise pet friendly. Charged additional $28 for having a pet upon arrival. No receipt for pet charge?

Bathroom light and toilet didn’t work. Room wasn’t very clean. Felt like I bothered the front desk. Overall, our stay wasn’t that great and we’ve stayed here before, it was disappointing.
