"Podría haber sido mejor"

La comida,la piscina la atención de los trabajadores.

La ropa de cama,almohadas de mala calidad, Sábanas con motas muy gastadas. Antonino que está a cargo del comedor,mal educado y mal trato. El primer día que llegamos ni siquiera nos pregunto de habíamos pagado y nos trato muy mal,muy grosero. Nos picaron las pulgas en nuestra estadía.

"Grand but wouldn’t return"

Location is great, rooms are clean, the manager was an extremely competent lady.

Initially our room was in the basement overlooking the back yard and felt very unsafe. Luckily we got moved and the new room was better but right next to reception so, had a high volume of traffic and was constantly noisy throughout the stay. There was no iron available for H&S reasons. The bar area was soulless, bright lights and no entertainment/music, we didn’t stay very long. Can’t comment on food as we weren’t all inclusive. The driver of the shuttle bus had his phone on the dashboard watching the football whilst trying to navigate the narrow streets

"Base en Sorrento"

Hotel grande con piscina muy linda Habitaciones espaciosas y recicladas Baño y ducha excelentes Servicios de traslados al centro ( son 2 km con horarios establecidos ) Desayuno buffet te salva para luego andar todo el día ( no varía de día a día )

El personal de recepción nada simpáticas Comer en el hotel es caro € 35 x persona Las instalaciones generales son un poco antiguas, las habitaciones están recicladas a nuevo Sugiero cambio de almohadas !! Parecían piedra

"Muy mal la encargada"

La ubicación

El bajo nivel de mantenimiento, la persona encargada de las reservas (que no sé por qué es una sola, una mujer de mal talante). Muy bien el personal a su cargo, pero ella es un desastre. No te dan clave de wifi, La cortina desastre la habitación estaba rota y nos llamó a la habitación para apurar que el check out era a las 11 cuando en ningún cartel lo pone (por cierto aran 11 menos cuarto y nos estábamos yendo…
