De dure drankjes als je niet all inclusief hebt geboekt. We hadden gedacht dat alles erbij zat maar dat is niet. Het hotel heet gewoon all inclusief 😂 Dan kom je richting met een andere verwachting. We hadden het de kinderen al verteld en toen was het niet

Linda habitación, cómoda. Buenas instalaciones

Estaba muy alejada del centro de Sorrento, aunque había un micro, con horarios, para poder trasladarnos, ida y vuelta. La limpieza del baño no fue buena, y un día se olvidaron de dejarnos los toallones y las toallas, y tuvimos que pedirlos a recepción, que los alcanzaron a la brevedad.

El autobús para desplazarte a Sorrento

Tienen que renovar las sábanas (con bolitas) y toallas ( muy gastadas, casi transparentes). Ponen relleno nórdico sin funda. Poca fruta en el desayuno. Todo impropio de un hotel de 4*.

The exterior grounds and lobby were plush. The rooms were small and average at best. It's a bit outside the town and they operate a free shuttle bus on the hour from mid morning to early evening. Taxis are a ripoff in Sorrento. So expect $35 euro from the ferry and $25 euro from town centre (15-20 walk along a narrow busy main road) The full breakfast is a definite bonus.

The was strange funky smell in the room. One staff member said they had just opened for the season so maybe that was the cause.
