Baer House Inn

Owners Patrica & Corey missed their calling as Chef's. Excellent breakfasts! Wonderful home from the 1850's, repaired in the 1870's. Convenient to downtown Vicksburg, MS near Walking Tours, Museums, etc...

Enjoyed our stay and the service was excellent. The character of the 1870 house was charming and made our stay more memorable.

We enjoyed staying at the Baer House Inn tremendously! Excellent downtown location for touring and other needs - within walking distance of most things! This B & B is amazing for its history but also for its period pieces that furnish the Inn. The hosts were amazing! Breakfast was delicious both days and we enjoyed the company of other guests at the dining table. The stay couldn't have been any better and my plan now is to return in the near future! I highly recommend this Inn for family and for couples!

What an amazing place. This building is on the USA list of historic places and the decor inside is simply stunning. The bed wrapped itself around you for a fantastic nights sleep and the breakfast served was great, pancakes, bacon and fruit, delicious. Great location being a short downhill stroll to the riverfront.

Beautiful old home in Vicksburg- we had the room with a king bed and sitting area which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful on both mornings- truly a treat. Only 2 small bits of constructive feedback- the bath towels were small and thin for such a beautiful establishment- I would recommend investing in some big fluffy towels. And the wi-fi was spotty which might be improved with an upgrade of some kind. It was frustrating to keep getting kicked off or not being able to get the wi-fi to work. But all in all, a very pleasant trip and stay. The house is gorgeous!

This is a fantastic B&B, room was clean and decorated as per the photos. Fantastic history of the house and kept in pristine condition. Breakfast was delicious, great hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Loved our stay, wish it was longer.

Excellent location and facilities. The breakfasts are superb!!!! Welcome could be a bit warmer. Rooms beautiful. Only issue is the LONG climb up the stairs due to the height of ceilings in old southern homes. Highly recommend.

The decor of the rooms was excellent . The breakfast was only average . We were expecting more . The staff was abrupt and aloof at times .

Baer House was everything we had hoped for and more. We loved the house and our room. The owners are attentive and gracious hosts. And the breakfasts are excellent!
