"Friendly atmosphere"

This is a wonderful B&B in historic Vicksburg with relatively easy walking to most anything downtown. It's a short drive to the National Park. Wonderful breakfast! My bed was comfortable, but I felt that I needed a step stool to get in it.

The breakfast was great, especially accommodations to dietary needs. Cocktail hour was sweet. We felt safe. Nice group of guests. Hosts were very businesslike, might have been nice to learn a bit of house history and town pointers.

The house was gorgeous, I loved all the unique antiques, fireplaces, light fixtures, etc. Patricia was very friendly, check in was easy , very laid back, breakfast was delicious.

This is a fantastic guest house. Despite a late arrival (a SatNav "error" took us to the wrong Natchez before driving to Vicksburg!) the hosts could not have been more accommodating. The room was fantastic - with an equally-good breakfast the next morning. We were able to walk into the town - a few minutes down to the river - for a late dinner in a friendly bar. All in all, a first-class stay - we thoroughly recommend the guest house.
