"Too expensive "

This is a good five star hotel for Bangladesh but lower five star compared with other five star hotel around the world. Room rate far too expensive. Food, spa can be purchased outside the hotel for very little money. Furniture around lobby require moderation. Loved the bathroom layout, Tasty food, friendly staff👍

First time in Dhaka so can’t really say much about the location (don’t know the city well). Hotel room was comfortable, nice and clean, not the new modern type but good for business travel with a work table, lounge chair, and room service food was good. Nice view from my room too.

"Nice hotel in the Central Business District"

It was good experience to stay in the Hotel. It was my first visit to Dhaka and was a bit concerned about the city in general and the hotel amenities. But it all turned out OK and the experience at the hotel was like any other international location. The staff is courteous.

"quite good hotel"

the staffs are kindhearted. I got lots of greets wherever I go in the hotel but front desk staffs of fitness center need to be trained more to give consistent services to clients.
