"Friendly staff "

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. The first place I check is the bathroom and this one was impeccable. It even had a view. The meals were good as well. The two restaurants offered good variety of meals, and the buffet had plentiful choices. I will return to the Westin Dhaka and recommend it to colleagues.

"Good Business Hotel "

"Close to shops and transport"

I liked the location. Very helpful staff. The room was relatively small. Food was ok but could be better. The hotel entrance and reception area are not spacious enough. Overall it seems to be overpriced compare to other 5 star hotels in western world

"Need to improve service standard"

After check in club room, rush for meeting. Room key(s) not worked. Called reception to bring new key. Refused and ask to go reception. After waiting lift ling time, new key collected. Entered Stiffy, havy humidity and smelly room. After complain, room changed after Interesting explanation; room was emty and aircon was not on, therefore smell and humid appear !

"IF you have enough money to spend it's good"

It was generally overpriced. the view was good but there isn't much to see in Gulshan area. too expensive compared to the services provided.
