"It met our needs for a night's stay."

We arrived without reservations around 8:00 pm. during a snowstorm, and were happy to find a room. The staff/ desk manager wasn't friendly and accommodating, and we were told breakfast would be between 6:30 and 9:00. The next morning my wife and I went to breakfast to find a small room, a couple tables, individual boxes of Shredded Wheat, a half dozen small cups of yogurt, no milk, toast, jelly, eggs etc. and a coffee machine that partially worked. On the positive side, the price was reasonable for the stay.

It was clean, staff was great! There was a mix up with our room and another guest ended up in the same room but the desk fixed it! That said it was in the middle of a blizzard and everyone was trying to find a room! The staff handled it all great!

住的是四人房 房間的燈是白光 感覺很老舊了 因為到的時候已經蠻晚的 就是洗洗睡 結果插吹風機的時候跳電 重開開關也沒用 我們某區就沒光了 工作人員說：無法修理 要等明天早上來 我問他 那要插哪裡？ 他就說 建議你不要用吹風機 我回：我訂一個旅館不能用吹風機 他：這蠻奇怪你也可以跟經理抱怨 我們房間 少兩條大毛巾 沐浴乳也完全沒了 都要自己去櫃檯拿 隔天早上用餐的地方很小 要等座位入座 東西不像大家說得好吃 然後東西也補的慢慢的 要去機場的時候 櫃檯問我有沒有預約（我之前寫信他說不用） 我說沒有 他就說 你以為隨時都有車會開嗎？ 總之 設備 服務態度 各種都讓人不敢恭維 網路上給這間太高的評價 我寧願去市區住Airbnb
