Cleaning was not up to my expectations , Very unpleasant smell throughout hotel and guest above me wasn’t considering it was people under them and was very loud i wasn’t able to relax and enjoy my time at all

Literally nothing, everything was bad. Cleanliness, hospitality, everything could get below a 1 star for me.

My bed still had other peoples hair all over the pillows. There were stains inside the fridge, used soaps bars in the showers. My room key never worked so eveyday I had to go downstairs to get it fixed. Because it didn’t work I had to move into an entirely different room with all my stuff still stuck in the previous room. The owner tried to gaslight my partner and I into thinking it worked the whole time. He also walked into my room without permission while my wife was laying in bed to tell her that the previous room was working fine when he tried it. I rate this experience below a 1 star. This place is terrible.

Great Atmospher, Rooming, & Staff! I've been in Bessemer for work for 5 months now. There are 5-6 different hotels walking distance from each other here so l initially stayed at the most expensive one in the area for 3 weeks. Went home for a week and decided to try this location when I returned. They have exceeded all expectations for the cost. I have been a back and forth resident for over 4 months now. I appreciate the level of professionalism the staff have provided not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms. You can tell that they were recently upgraded and the suites that I have resided are beautiful. The level of attentiveness that the staff provides is unmatched! I left the previous (double priced hotel) because the staff refused to address noise complaints and other issues. Here, I don't have to complain about noise because they uphold a standard that is much appreciated. Additionally, in the 4 months that l've been here, l've only had 1 issue... my AC was struggling one early morning. The manager swiftly responded and offered to move my room while they worked on the issue as to not to disturb me. I declined and agreed that it could wait while I was at work. I came in the following day to all issues rectified (a simple filter change) & a freshly cleaned spotless room. The beds are super, comfortable, the appliances are all new, and again the STAFF are amazing. This place has become my home while I'm away from home.
