Overall not terrible. The room was clean but could have been cleaner. There was a slight smell in the room ( almost like cigarette smoke that had been covered up). Room next door made lots of noise and played their music very loud until the early morning. Price wise it was a decent value I guess... would suggest spending a little more for a nicer hotel though

Just didn't like it 😕 and I will try not to stay there again. But I guess you get what you pay for at the last minute

Everything, from the dirty covers, to the peeling paint, the non existing iron, and coffeemaker, very dirty towels, the leaking shower, the smelly room, body wash feels like using eye drop, you have to beg for an extra squirt. It’s a disgrace.

Staff was rude, didnt clean room when i asked. Didnt want to give me new towels and wash clothes. Pool was dirty

My room was canceled when I got there. I did pay at property and when I arrived they said they tried to charge my card and it wouldn’t go through and that they tried to call a couple times using a 0 instead of a 1 to call a number. They said they still could give me a room but it was going to be more now because they were almost completely booked. I asked for a manager and the employee would not get me a manager. I would not stay there and I will not book with hotels.com again!

The lady in the front desk didn't not accept the passport as my ID, she wanted the real ID but a passport is a international ID and the hotel is not a federal building.
