Shuttle from airport + shuttle to cruise ship

Room was mediocre Breakfast too crowded and did not taste good Shuttle from airport slow to arrive. Had to wait out side about 35-40 minutes

After a long day of flying, we arrived about 11pm. It was terribly busy. The staff took an incredible amount of time with each check in. There was no organization. After an hour, we were served. When we said that we had a reservation, she sternly directed us to an electronic check in device! We could have done that much earlier had we known. After much confusion, we finally got checked in by the device (her English was very difficult). The room was fine and quite clean. Liked the restaurant - nice staff there. The next day we realized that our door would not really lock. I went to the FD and after explaining my problem through a plexiglass hole, I looked up and staff member was on the phone. I waited and when he finished, he also had a call on hold. I left and felt that they could discover the door problem on their own. Sad.

Front desk service was terrible. We were assigned a room in the back forty and after a long trek to find it, the room had already been used with dirty linens everywhere. It was a hassle and took way too long to get a different room assigned. No apology from the people behind the service desk. Would not recommend.

Shuttle to the cruise port was great!

Breakfast was barely edible. Room really needs updating.

We stayed here the night before and night after a cruise, and left our car here while we were gone. The rooms were clean but definitely budget in terms of maintenance. The free breakfast was horrible. We didn't even go to it the day we left. Our car was just as we left it.

The attached Tavern was good value.

We waited 3 hours for the shuttle to pick us up from the cruise terminal.

It was satisfactory. It had an on site restaurant with basically bar food. And drinks. I felt safe. Our stay was based on the transportation to and from the airport to from the ship. And that was great.

When was a little old and out of date but that didn’t bother me. I actually appreciate older properties that make it easier to get around. To me it was like Classic, Florida or California tropic.
