The Marine 84 Restaurant was delicious for dinner during both stays. Shuttle staff was very impressive... friendly and helpful and seemed to love what they were doing. Thank you SO much!

The first stay, our room floor was filthy. The second stay, breakfast didn't offer much for diabetic/gluten-free diets. Neither stay accommodated our request for extra towels.

"Worst hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Please read the review and avoid at all costs!"

Whatever you do DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They advertise free hotel shuttle pickup. I called initially and was told 35 mins. I called again after 50 mins and was told the driver already came but didn't see us which was a complete lie as security confirmed no one had come and we were in the right spot. Had to call 4 more times after being told 5-10 more mins and got a different person each time who made up a different excuse. I understand delays happen but to blatantly lie is unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't have one available. There's a reason the reviews are so bad so don't get roped on with the free shuttle promise. Overall a lousy hotel with awful service. Will never book again

"Overall, a decent short stay but could improve on noise control and clearer directions to rooms."

Our stay was convenient with a smooth check-in and excellent shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The airport pickup driver came across as rude on the phone, but was much nicer in person, and overall staff were friendly and informative. The property felt welcoming and relatively clean.

However, finding our room was difficult, and noise from early pool use, foot traffic, and loud shuttle announcements made it hard to get rest.
