The location is amazing, overlooking a beautiful island, the food quality was good, and the room design is very nice.

I waited about 2 hours for check-in. The beach bar was out of service many times. The rooms are far from the reception area. Service was really slow and couldn't handle busy seasons, also the water pressure in the room was super weak with no Solution.

Everything seemed great, the staff especially Mai at the reception was exceptional, found us a room that was ready before checkin time instead of waiting for house keeping to finish our room.
