Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond

I drove around looking for a Wyndham hotel, which I knows means quality. Big sign says Super 8. Tiny line unde rneath says a Wyndham hotel. Didn't look anything like booking. Com picture. Hotel very outdated.No info in rooms with TV operating instructions or a restaurant guide .was going to take. Shower never did figure out how to work shower part. No hand railing no straps or safety things in bottom of tub. I use a cane totally unsafe

Not very good. Pastry was not good. E Glasgow muffins would be better if no good pastry.

Didn't like the flat bottoms sheet.

Guest since 2020: Get-away at super 8 hotel in Richmond Mo (hometown) and i sleep peacefully,occasionally other guest above would be noisy, stomping, dropping items on the floor, kids running and playing, A few time i could smell tobacco smoke, I don't do these things so I can smell things from a far, Employees (weekend especially ) that been working for years (long time) very professional great customer service, also Mr. Scott is very professional and he also has great customer service skills. There's never any problems at Super 8 Hotel, rooms are always clean there a few things that can be repaired and clean professionally (Thanks Environmental Service Worker! Great Job! complimentary breakfast unable to say anything about that because I sleep through it. Dang miss it all the time...Basically I sleep in the same rooms, for me a few of he beds are not that comfortable, I believed the new management team is remodeling a lot of things.
