Very Noisy property. The check in and check out process is very unclear

This property is not managed well. The manager was available by text. The window AC did not help with the moisture in the room, which had no other air movement, so the sheets were always damp. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet. The shower door would not close. The shower temperature could not be adjusted. The towels were "white" originally, but were all grayish and stained in unpleasant ways. There is a "bar" on the lower floor that plays music until 1 am on some nights. "Breakfast" foods were put out at night. Muffins stayed on the table throughout the entire day, likely for days. Rotting bananas stayed out, also for days. If all of that is okay with you, this place is for you.

I hate to leave a review like this but... it wasn't a great stay. The location is amazing. The price is great. The parking spot is great. That's where the positive ends. Upon check in I was handed an envelope with a key and they pointed out where the stairs were. That was it for assistance. I was in the Herring Cove room. There is no outdoor area for guests staying. Your only option is to pay to sit at the restaurant or stay in your room. The room? Good size. Needs updates. The wall mount ac doesn't work. There is a window unit instead. The mirror is chipped in the bathroom. The light bulb was out in one of the wall mount scones on the wall in the bathroom. The mini fridge barely got cold. When I tried to investigate I found the top of it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. It had a layer of dust. I also found wrappers on the floor behind the night stand. Continental breakfast =muffins left out. The door to the room unlocked with a key. There was no internal lock. No safety chain. I didn't feel safe. No ice bucket, but supposedly you can get ice from the bartender in the restaurant. I don't know how you're supposed to transport it. I had someone investigate the mini fridge. Never heard or saw them again. No one cleaned my room, took the trash, offered towel. Guests were ignored. The music goes until 2am downstairs. They are very focused on the restaurant and not guests. I wouldn't stay here again. It needs updates. It needs employees that are dedicated to the guest rooms.

Great location, Staff was super friendly (Thank you to Heather and the Boys). We stopped in the restaurant downstairs had Burgers and fries that was absolutely delicious.

Location was excellent. Parking provided. The room is above the restaurant so it's a little loud. The room is small. It has refrigerator that's older and has rusty spots, but it works. Fresh fruit, pastries and sometimes hard boiled eggs every day in the hall. Nice touch. Bathroom was dusty, not super clean, the garbage hadn't been emptied from the last occupant. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser had fallen off the shower wall and just sat on the side of the tub. No washclothes we're provided, ok because I travel with a loofah and wipes. Window air conditioner worked well.

Loved it relaxed, not a high service property but great value for money

Nobody would answer the phone prior to my arrival as I was attempting to inquire about the parking. Staff were either confused or rude upon check-in. Breakfast sat outside of my room all day and night long.

Nice staff. Tiny room over bar/restaurant. Awakened twice by false fire alarms, which the staff didn't know how to turn off. Comped us $30 for our trouble. Located in the heart of Commercial Street. Fortunately, the room was insulated from most of the noise.

Great little spot right in the center of everything. Comfortable, clean and easy. Best part was the guest table outside our rooms with snacks, coffee and towels whenever we needed them. Great stay!

It has been a great experience staying at Enzo’s. We will definitely come back and stay again the next time we are back in PTown. The only thing I needed to say is that the faucet in the tub didn’t work so we were unable to use the hot tub, but it was still a great experience!.. thank you so much!
