Small, but clean. Parking was fine. Breakfast sits out all day- we did not eat that. Mattress is very soft. Overall, suited our needs and was fine. Awesome location for us.

No room service for 2 days. Continental breakfast available, but not well maintained (hard-boiled eggs on first day, no eggs for the best of the stay. No coffee on day 2). Otherwise, room was adequate, price reasonable for PTown and b&b close to everything.

Everyone working here was great. However, the hotel is described as above a restaurant, which it is. But it is also over a bar that plays extremely loud music until very late, including on Sundays. So unless you mean to be awake until 2am, you might want to stay elsewhere. Also, the mattress was deeply depressed in the middle, meaning me and my honey had difficulty getting comfortable.

This was a great option for a quick stay in Ptown. We will definitely be back.

The shower sporadically fluctuated from hot to cold, the air conditioning unit dripped water on the bed during our entire stay and the Keurig coffee maker in the bathroom had black sludge in the water container. The hotel is in a great location, the bed was comfy and overall the room seemed clean but we would never stay here again.

Everything was top notch and the staff was amazing. So close to everything. Room was clean and functional. My only complaint is that the boiler for hot water would change temperature between hot and cold randomly while showering. I would absolutely stay here again

This was our first time being at PT. My husband and I had a great time. the owner were so nice with us. Thank you.

Room was much smaller than expected. Fireplace did not work. Took a long time to get hot water (showers?) And then didn't stay hot for long. Location was it's best quality, walk out practically to the water and right on the main Commercial street.

The room description stated there was a queen size bed-however the size of the bed I am certain was a full size mattress, not very comfortable either. The room was very small and lacked in a seating area. There were no staff present and dirty cups/water bottles were not cleared from hallway coffee station. The appeal to this space is clearly location on Commercial St and parking. Probably fine if your looking just for a place to crash.
