It was advertised that you get a continental breakfast, was not provided. you could request a box breakfast which we did request one morning, received 2 rotten bananas, 2 apples, 2 bars and 1 croissant just put in the box with every thing else not wrapped. No wash cloths in the room and when we requested new towels and wash cloths, they only gave us one wash cloth. The next day they replaced the towels and did not give us any wash cloths again. There was a table in the hallway with a Keurig coffee maker and the condiments to make coffee however there were no coffee cups. Staff was nice and receptive to help. When I ask for wash cloths the girl who waited on us for lunch said she would get us some, well she came back and said there must be a shortage, there were not any. It was warm in the room and the windows would open and would only be held open with coat hangers, most of the windows had no screens. The blinds are in disrepair.

The location was great and central. The rooms were quaint, cute and clean. I stayed over New Years. My room never saw housekeeping which the only problem with that is that I needed another towel however so not an issue. They could definitely use a little more attention to detail in the rooms but not sure if it was just because some of the things have not been addressed since the busy season. I would definitely stay again as I was satisfied with everything as a whole.

This is a guest house. Not a hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, and very comfortable and spacious. The staff is wonderful. If you have ever stayed at a public house in England, this is very reminiscent of that. We had a GREAT time. The bartenders and wait staff in the restaurant were always welcoming and helpful knowing you are their guests and accommodate your needs very willingly. But being a guest house, once the restaurant closes, you are on your own, so there is not 24 hour staff there. So if you go prepared and thats ok, this is a great place to stay.

Some kind of breakfast would have been nice. They did have coffee but sometimes there were no cups

Other than the alarm going off at 4am and the toilet not wanting to flush and the fluctuation in water temp while your in the shower.... it was a nice stay for just a short weekend away where we didnt spend much time in the room. The staff was very friendly and extremly helpful when our room keys were to the incorrect room.

Very small. Had to check in by 9. Did have parking and was in great spot.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice updated fixtures. Breakfast did not come out at the times they had listed in check-in instructions and was very weak, considering there is a restaurant downstairs. I went elsewhere for coffee. They put out a Keurig that was half full. Called manager at number listed to ask a question and got no answer or reply. Restaurant staff was very friendly though.

The property's location was amazing. Right in the heart of Provincetown and all it offers. The room was clean and exactly as described online. The staff was nice and attentive the free coffee and water was a nice touch an available 24/7. Great place. Would rebook on future visits.
