"Expensive clean room. No Chop House."

No Chop House and no room service that I could see. I'm not eating pastries for breakfast either. If there's no fancy dining place, then we ended up needing to leave the hotel to have dinner elsewhere. It's not the complete experience it used to be. It was our anniversary. I'll pay the extra money because it's supposed to be the "complete package". It isn't any more, but I still spent the money.

"Great staycation!"

The drive was absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We thought we had left a birthday card in the room after checkout. The staff who answered the phone was so kind, went right up to the room, and even checked the trash. It ended up being in my daughter’s backpack (kids 🙈) but they were so kind about it. We’ll definitely be back.

"Comfortable and relaxing"

Everything about our stay was simply great! The staff was amazing, the restaurant staff went absolutely above and beyond and they made absolute sure that we were taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and simply a great place to visit. We spent a couple days there and we'll definitely be back! Special thanks to Matt at the front desk and to the gal in the restaurant (I didn't catch her name) who went the extra mile to make sure we got some delicious dessert. Rob, in the bar, was a hoot as well.

"Great views all around."

I was doing work in Herber City and my portal allowed me to stay here. I will say somethings need updating as others mentioned, such as the Pillows (no support) and the TVs (too small), and I would like a way to get in with my key card from the stairwell doors. However I love the aesthetic here, and you can't match the views from this property. I am seriously thinking of taking the 9 hour drive to stay here with my kids and enjoy the area without needing to work.

"Beautiful Resort"

It's an adorable Swiss-style resort located at the base of the mountains. Beautiful location. Comfortable room. Personable staff.

When I booked the room I didn't realize how far away it was from me at the time (45 minutes). Once we got there however, it was definitely worth the drive.
