"Charming and hospitable even in off season"

Zermatt is not busy in the spring off season. Staff at hospitable, the environment is rather nice, and offers several amenities. It's nice to see the restaurant, bakery, and bike rentals open even when there are fewer guests. Locations of perfect for access to The Homestead across the street, and very close to town and the gold course.

Me and my wife had a lovely staycation at the Zermatt! We enjoyed the pool, which is clearly taken care of, and the delicious bakery each morning! We also enjoyed the beautiful landscape on our morning walks! We enjoyed the complimentary mini golf as well! We would definitely stay there again!

"Zermatt for business. Great value."

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Zermatt may be an older hotel, but they do not act like it's out of date. Staff is sharp and very professional. It's still a nice place to stay, just like always. Good food too!
