"A Swiss hotel in Heber City, Utah"

The hotel is clean and the rooms are in a Swiss style. Comfortable beds with sound insulation. Excellent facilities with pool, and spa. We ate at the restaurant and bakery and both were top notch. Highly recommend this hotel.

"No warning that pool would be closed"

Enjoyed most things about our stay but specifically booked this property so my niece could swim. The pool was closed without notice and without the front desk knowing when it would be open. Niece (and the rest of us) are really disappointed

It was a comfortable stay for a 3 star experience. The dated room was big and the view was lovely looking onto a quiet grassy area with mountains in the distance. It was nice having the fridge and microwave in our room which we used. My idea of having a nice relaxing spa/resort weekend was disappointing. When we arrived, We were hoping to dine in the hotel restaurant but it was closed. We were going to book a massage at the spa and make a day of it but the pool and hot tub were not open so we passed. I was looking forward to a movie marathon but no Netflix or movie channel. And I wish the bakery opened earlier by at least 6am because I get up early and it felt like forever waiting til 7am. We usually spend a lot of time and money at the resort we stay at but the amenities just weren’t there. We did explore the quaint town of Midway and found some nice restaurants and cute shops.
