Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Loved our jetted tub. Nice location.

Hey everyone! Hope these following review sways some people. Our stay was terrible, actually. So much so that we were only in our room for about an hour, then tried to use the hot tub and steam room amenities after skiing all day. Everything that we wanted to use and came to the resort for was non-operational including the co-ed steam room, indoor hot tub, and outdoor hot tub. Thus, my wife and I (who were trying to have nicer late honeymoon) decided we were better just going home and sleeping in our bed (as we live about 45 minutes away). We didn't do anything beyond set our bags down in the room, start unpacking, and went to dinner before we decided to go home. Honestly, if all the non-operational facilities would have been disclosed at the time of check-in, we would have just gone home then without seeing the room. Furthermore, we waited at the front desk for around 25 minutes with a "we'll be back temporarily" sign placed on the counter before we asked a woman at the bar (who was helpful) where we might find someone who works at the front desk. Eventually, the man working the front desk came back, told us there was nothing he could do for a refund without his manager, and said since we booked through a third party, it would be tough. I basically had to pry any information about how to get in touch with said manager (Ana S., because for some reason he wouldn't give me her last name) and he said she would call me the next day. I called the third party, and they said all they would need is the manager's approval and would open a refund request for when the manager contacted me the next day, no problems otherwise on their end. Well it's the end of the next day, I have called the number that I had to pry the front desk for twice (plus left messages), and no call or call-back from the manager. I feel like the situation at least necessitates a call to help resolve the issue. Yet, here I am left with the worst hotel service I've ever had, and my wife and I driving home instead of enjoying our late honeymoon. I know this was long, but I hope it helps provide some clarity on the state of affairs at the Zermatt Resort in Midway, UT. Best, Conner Covey, PT, DPT, CSRS

Nice place. hard sheets, not soft. Room needed two nightstands, but only had one. They charge $30 for a two hour late checkout

Love the overall vibe of the hotel and the food at the restaurant and cafe. Would’ve given it 5 stars if the bedding was more comfortable.

The Hotel was great. It’s dated but well maintained. The aspect of a Swiss Alp Resort is very welcoming. The Room was perfectly clean and the Bakery was outstanding!!! The Lounge Bas was a great place to chill after a long day of work.

It was good! The townhouse was roomy and accomadating for our big family! Our only complaint is not having the basics in the kitchen like dish cloths, dish towels, dish soap, garbage bags ect. That was frustrating but the front desk did send over a few things. Also the keys quit working constantly and they weren't by keys or anything electronic. The two bedroom villa we rented also was clean but they really need to updated. We've been coming for onver 15 years and nothing has changed. Overall we enjoyed it!

I always enjoy Zermatt. Nice indoor pool, hot tub and room. But they could’ve left an extra roll of TP like most hotels do. We could’ve used it. But overall it was a nice stay.

It was at a good location for us and the pool was nice.

The facility could be updated things like Worn carpet. Several of the guests including us could not access the pool the lock would not work. There was no ice machine. And we had to ask for toilet paper for our room. Plug locations for charging phones etc could be better.

All was good and as expected. Was a little disappointed with the hot tub experience but everything else was good I was there to ski at deer valley during Sundance. I did take uber into park city and that worked out well and did go soak at the crater across the street. Overall was a very pleasurable experience.

It wasn’t really clean , a lot of thing’s were closed.
