"Very disappointed, except for the staff was great"

The staff was amazing , but the overall experience of the hotel from cleanliness to items not working was terribly. Exterior door handles to the hotel were loose or broke. The exterior of the hotel looked amazing, but the interior might as well been the inside of a single wide trailer.

There were water leaks, and the pool was closed when we asked if it was gonna be open they had said yes and then after we got checked in, they said oh no, it’s not, but they waited until after we were checked in to tell us

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good it was a pleasant surprise and start to the day. The breakfast room was clean and convenient. The parking was very well lit and convenient to access entry/exits near your room.

The negativesThe room was dark poorly lit. As far as cleanliness goes it was ok, if you moved the doors there was dust and debris built up. Whoever cleaned seemed to only get what was in the open. It was also nosey. You could hear people going in and out of the building all night. I would recommend asking for a room that is. Or close to an exit door.

There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower! I was sick the rest of my trip in Houston after I left there! Couldn't even take a shower when I got there or before I left! I should talk to my attorney!!!
